NEW LAMINATED GLASS RAILING SYSTEM, OVERLAPPED TO CARPENTRY<\/h2><\/div>

ALAS IBERIA presents a new glass railing system (laminated) to be integrated (superimposed) on the exterior of the carpentry.<\/p>\n

This new system allows for minimalist and elegant railings of up to 2 meters, with maximum transparency and security, and is the perfect solution to incorporate into balcony windows, maximizing light and minimizing visual impact.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The system is adaptable to any type of carpentry (swing or sliding) and consists of 2 profiles: glass support profile (ref. 09590), and cover profile (ref. 09591) for a completely hidden fixation with straight lines and flush.<\/p>\n

The support profile is fixed (using screws) to the outside of the carpentry, on each side of the window frame, which allows laminated glass to be inserted (as an exterior railing) between the 2 support profiles. The glass is adjusted using EPDM gaskets, internally and externally, and is finished with two covers (upper and lower), made of aluminum, which are screwed onto the screw holders of the glass support profile itself.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The handrail is designed to use laminated safety glass thicknesses: 6+6 and 8+8 with multiple butylars, depending on the load requirements, and has been tested and certified in external laboratories notified according to European standards, to meet the requirements. of the Technical Building Code (CTE), in the following categories of PRIVATE use (0.8 KN\/m.) and PUBLIC use (1.6 KN\/m.): A1-A2-C1-C2-C3-C4-D1-D2- E-F-G1-G2, in accordance with the DB SE-AE standard, section 3.2.<\/p>\n

The system allows perfect integration both in new windows and in the rehabilitation and updating of existing windows, allowing the creation of railings up to 2 meters wide (glass span), by 1.2 m. High. <\/p>\n

The installation is carried out from the outside, in the case of rehabilitation of existing windows, or it can be installed directly in the manufacturing workshop, in the case of new windows.<\/p>\n<\/div>
