LACQUER
Modern lacquering procedures provide aluminum with great coloring possibilities and allow it to give completely new surface appearances with adequate protection.
At ALAS IBERIA we have two fully automated lacquering lines. A vertical with “cascade” pre-treatment with two multicolor application booths for aluminum profiles exclusively. And another horizontal and continuous process for spray pre-treatment for all types of parts in aluminum and other metals.
In both lines we modify the surface of the metal in the pre-treatment phase using a “chrome-free” conversion layer; using only ecological paints, without heavy metals or products classified as dangerous, anticipating global regulations that will prohibit their use.

The entire process, as well as the raw materials involved in it, is subject to exhaustive quality control in accordance with European regulations and the QUALICOAT Quality Mark that allows obtaining the SEASIDE CLASS class.
The lacquering procedures provide aluminum with a great diversity of colors, with special finishes made through a sublimation transfer process, achieving various effects: wood, marble, granite and other fantasies, always maintaining the quality of the QUALIDECO seal constant.
