MACHINING

The machining process takes advantage of the malleability of aluminum to mold the profile and give it the final shape requested by our customers through the use of specific machinery and CNC tools. The computer numerical control applied to the companies allow to automate the control of the machinery using specific softwares with which we can manufacture precision parts that adapt to the requirements of different projects.

Thanks to our marked vocation for integral service, in ALAS IBERIA havs a section of cutting and machining of aluminum profiles for the final finishing of parts that require various operations such as cutting, threading, milling, turning, drilling, machining, … for subsequent use directly by the customer.

In this way, we guarantee that the manufactured profiles can be used directly by our customers in their production processes, without the need to subcontract other suppliers and external processes, thus reducing intermediate product handling.
